Actually I prefer 12-hour night but I’ve been confused and a little bit scared after our conversation yesterday as you said that 12 hours is too much for breast-eating baby. In addition he woke-up yesterday at 8 and didn’t stop his loud and persistent questions till 8.45 even with jingle. So I’ve decided that 11-hour night would be more suitable for the moment and probably we could evaluate to 12-night in future. Today he screamed ones at 7.55 and fell asleep again by himself. I decided to give him his 20-minutes dream and he awoke by himself at 8.15 finally.TorsMamma skrev: What happened to the 12 hour night?
OOOPSTorsMamma skrev: Nap 1 is after 3 hours, that is a bit long wake time. Around 2 would probably be better.
Nap to is a bit too close to nap 1 that should have at least 2 hours as well.
8.00 – wake-up and breast feeding
9.00 – meal (solid in future, milk now)
10.00 – 11.30 nap at home in the bed (1,5 hour)
12.30 – meal
14.00 – 16.00 nap on the move in stroller (2 hour)
I wish I could present the new schedule for you first but I had unexpected problems with the Internet yesterday. I really regretTorsMamma skrev:You can’t do any evaluation after only 1 day but I wish you had talked to me before introducing this new schedule.
And this is really great! Thank you so much on it!!!TorsMamma skrev:Also I would like to talk about social participation and belly exercise.
Unfortunately he doesn’t like to lie on belly. If I put him he insistently turns on the back. I do not put him on  floor due to concern that he would turn and hit the head. Besides that we have ceramic floor in the kitchen and it’s too cold to lie on it while I’m cooking. Probably I could use the carpet in the kitchen? Your advice would be very appreciated! I desperately want to make him move
I will also think about out-door activities. We used to go to the swim pool before cure. I’ve put it on hold for a while to make our new life real first. What is the right time to come back?
