Hello Anna
I have some problems with my little daughter.
She was always a bad sleeper. Now she is nearly 10 months.
At the beginning of June I started with your cure, which went very well. Already in night 3 Hannah slept from 20 to half past 5 which was great for me. Before the cure she only slept for 3 or 4 hours. But at the end of July we went on holidays on a camping site, which wasn't the best of all our ideas... After the first three nights she didn't really sleep anymore. Because of the neighbors I feed her (breast) whenever she started crying and I couldn't pamper her otherwise.
Back at home it took us a while to be back at a scheme. Now she learned again to fall asleep alone. This is not the problem. The problem is, that she still awakens one or three times a night and I can't calm her. Again because of our neighbors who hear every word and of course Hannahs crying, I'm nursing her. What can I do? She doesn't calm when I sing. Thank you for your help.
Greetings from Switzerland
Sonja

Re: I need help!
Hi Sonja and welcome,
Ju really need to read the book again. Give her a room of her own which is PITCH black, and redo the cure during the night. You do the bottompatting night one and use the jingle. No more night feedings. How is the child to know when it is time for night feedings and time to go back to sleep if there is no structure?
Also introduce a wake up alarm clock, which you set out side her bedroom door. You bring in the clock when it rings and she can then turn it off herself of you do it in front of her.
What is your schedule like?

Re: I need help!
Thanks for your quick answer. I only have the book "anna wahlgren.online". I read a few of her answers to other mother's questions. For the first cure it was ok, because it was working only with the jingle. But now it doesn't work anymore.
Her scheme:
6 she wakes up and plays
8 breast feeding
9.30 sleeps in her bed
10.30 wakes up
playing
12 she gets potatoes and carrots and the breast
14 sleeps in her bed till 15.30 (approximately)
15.45 she has some mashed apples and a biscuit
18.30 pap
19.30 breast feeding and bed time, she falls asleep alone after 10 minutes or so)
What do you think?
What about the alarm clock, I don't understand. When do I set it?
Thanks a lot,
Sonja

Re: I need help!
Hi,
First things first. You need to order and read "a good nights sleep" to really understand What you are doing and WHY.
A 10 month old needs 14 hours sleep/day. So as you can see you schedule has too little sleep on it. A 10 month old needs at least 11-11,5-12 hours night sleep. Nothing under 11 hours/night is enough.
But read the book and come back with questions and a plan, and you will see the difference.
