Hi Anna,
we started with the cure yesterday and it went quite well - much better than I had expected.
Thanks again for answering my question on the guestbook, your answer gave me good confidence to not breastfeed during the whole night !
Still I am wondering how long it will take that my breast will get used to the new 12 hours break ?
This night after 7 hours which was the longest break I ever had while breastfeeding, it really started to hurt and they turned to be hard as concrete until the morning. It really hurt quite a lot and it made it impossible for me to relax in the breaks a little ... instead I was counting hours and minutes that I could finally get rid of the pressure.
Do you have experience (of course you have) how long the breasts usually need to get used to it ?
I hope not too long, otherwise I will be the one having sleepless nights
many thanks for your experience,
kind regards,
Sonja

Hello!
I had the same problem but it actually became a lot better just after night nr 2. You can always release a bit of milk just to ease the pressure when ever you feel that you need too.
Best of luck!
