fanning or buffing

Inlägg av chilber »

I have an 11 month old daughter and I am planning on starting the Cure in a week or two.

She is active and physical and can walk with the aid of a push along a walker. She wriggles and rolls around in bed so I'm worried she would wriggle out of my grasp if I tried to buff her. In this situation would you try buffing or would you skip that and begin with fanning instead?

If fanning seems best, how exactly should I position my hands so that she can't turn her head from side to side?

Many Thanks

Hi C and welcome!

I would most likely FAN a big child like this. I would have my hand on her shoulders and buttocks. Her head can turn as much as she likes as far as I go. But not move too much.

Please read and re read the book at least 5/10 times so you know exactly what to do and WHY you do it. Good Luck! :D
